What an interesting read! Thank you...

I am from the UK but I live in Taiwan with my young family. Each week, I speak to my son's second grade class at school about a different English-speaking country, showing photos of the people and landscape and telling them folk stories.

I came upon your site this evening by chance when researching Jamaica online. I want to say a huge thank you. I have spent my whole evening reading your site - while housework and family were neglected for a few hours. It is beautifully written and so interesting. I have never been to Jamaica or even considered it for a holiday but now my curiosity is whetted!

I am going to tell the story of Anansi and Snake to the Taiwanese kids next month, and show some photos from your site. And who knows we may visit one day. Better put the kids to bed now - it's way past time!

Hi! First of all, thanks for your site! You have really great articles! May I ask to do a favor for me, please?
I would like to advertise my new project Costummer on your site, I really love your content and articles and will pay you the amount you want.
I prefer banner ads, but if you could suggest other ways I will gladly review it, please, answer me!

Thank you!

Thank you for such a fantastic endorsement! It's good to know that Jamaican culture is being shared all over the world, even by people who have never been here! I don't think many Jamaicans visit Taiwan, but as coincidence would have it, my husband did have to go there for work some years ago.

I hope the children like the Anansi story - I've planned for some time to add a few more, and now you've given me just the inspiration I need to get cracking.

thank you, and all the best,
Allison
